What Causes Itchiness And Pimples On Inner Thighs,buttocks And Penis?

Hlo doctor..im feeling very bad itch inner side of my thighs and buttocks as well as on my penis..im having some pimple like red signs on my thgs and penis and as well as on my tummy..i feel very bad itch..i think it is because of scabies because i think my friend has the same problem and i was touched with him and got same problem..doc i wna get rid of it or i ll tear my ehole body just scratching and scratching..plz give me solution..plz..thanks
