What Causes Itchiness, Dryness And Bumps On Breasts Along With Tenderness?

@ 10 yes ago i had breast implant surgery. For the last week my chest/breasts have been very itchy, dry and tiny pimple like bumps are all over my breasts. My niples are very tender and the sensation to itch is so overwhelming. Last night I was scratching so much that I thought my skin was going to bleed. I ve tried body lotion in case its just dry skin, I ve taken Benadryl in case its an alergic reaction. Nothing seems to help.
