What Causes Itchiness In Big Toes,middle Fingers,breast Bone And Roof Of Mouth?

Hi.. I ve had an itch that I can t satisfy. It drives me completely up a wall. Both big toes just under the nail can t stand that any longer. Along with that place I m woke our of a dead sleep frequently. Then my middle fingers under the nail... again can t satisfy. The breast bone between my breasts constant then the final spot roof of mouth it s the piece just between front teeth. I tend to jerk, cry, beg God barter w/god to please like now..OMG I REALLY CAN T STAND ANYMORE.. PLEASE HELP.. 10+YEARS I HAVE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH..
