What Causes Itchiness In Hand Due To Pimples Filled With Fluid?

hi, I want ur expert advice on my hand disease. 2 years before it started. its like pimples on hand filled with some liquid and also itching is there. plz suggest me medicine as I already used much medicines reccommended by different doctors but no benifit. hope for answer,thanks in advance
