What Causes Itchiness In The Hands , Feet And Wrist?

hi, I have just woke up with ichy hands , feet and wrist.

its more then a irratating rash, also my lips are swelling up. this is not the first time it has happend,sometimes it comes with other symptoms such as stomuch pains and feeling like emptying my bowels , could you help.
