What Causes Itchiness,burning Sensation And Raised Rashes On Jaw Line ?

Hello..This is the third time I have had this happen in the last two years. I have a very itchy, burning, small but raised skin rash along my jaw line. It's very painful to the touch and goes up to my temples. I used a cortisone cream the last times and it took a while to get rid of it. I do have seasonal allergies and take allegra. I also have fibromyalgia and my skin is very sensitive. It can hurt if the wind is strong outside or very cold. I have had fibromyalgia since 1995 so I'm very used to the various symptoms. I was surprised to get this again and was wondering if anyone can help with an idea of what it may be. My doctor is a zombie that really goes through the motions and never really wants to hear if you have anything wrong. Thank you in advance!
