What Causes Itching All Over The Body Along With Inflammation?

I believe to have an allergic reaction unsure to what. My entire body itches and I feel a burning sensation inside. It has spread to my face and ears, and I know have pain in my ears and a headche. The itching has been going on for 3 days now, my ears and face just started today. I have taken Claritin, Allegra, and Benadryl and does not seem to help.
