What Causes Itching All Over The Body With Red Dots On Arms/neck?

hi i am pushpak. i am getting itching on my whole body. also small red dots are becoming visible on my arms and neck. i already have a problem of acne on my back since many years and lately have been experiencing some rough skin on my arms. why is it happening? which doctor is in indira nagar in the morning timings? please help.
