What Causes Itching Along With Boils On Application Of Hair Removal Crème?

appx 2-3 year ago i used one hair remover creem on thighs and inner side, i think due to this applied area spotted black like burned and due to this rashes kind of thing on my inner thigh and quite itchy. Its turning into some kind of boils and the skin around also is getting to peel off due to scratching. due to all these problem some time i not wear undergarments but its not a solution coz some times its difficult itching due to skin peel off. kindly suggest me care and medicine in india.
