What Causes Itching And Bruising On Legs?

I have been told I have tree in bud signs in my lungs after having ct scan, tb tests have been done. last week and half itchy leg one day, buising the next, this is still happening. I am seeing a lung doc tomorrow. has this anything to do with the lungs and what could it be
