What Causes Itching And Bumps In Rectal And Scrotal Area?

my husbandfor at least 6 months has had itching burning swelling and asle bumps from rectum to just below hes scrotum he is raw to where he has scratched of hes skin please help we have trird to fid sites with real pictures so we could compare them to him so we could have some ideal of what it could be some of the stuff that is simalar to his symptoms are analabscess or fistula alsocrohn diseases and levator syndrome could it aslo be a std please recomend sites with actual picture so we can maybe compare them
