What Causes Itching And Burning On Nipples?

Good Morning Doctor. I am 50 year old man. I am a type 1diabetic for the past 10 years and I am regularly taking medicines.
For th epast 15 days, I have constant itching and burning sensation around my both nipples which are unbearable. Doctir Please advise.
