What Causes Itching And Change Of Colours In Face?

my face is broke out with a scalp where it itch.my face get real tight and change colors. I have it on both arms and the back of my head. my face get real dark at times. can you please help me.. I am up before people all the time. I use Vaseline and triple antibiotic . myface get real tight when dry.
