What Causes Itching And Clear Discharge From The Ear?

Hey! there is a chance i could be pregnant. Lately I have experienced a lot of clear discharge from both of my ears,itchy ears inside and sensitivity to sounds. I went to a pcp today and he said inside my ears look retracted. I have been having a lot of dizziness, nausea,hives also. I took benadryl 2tsp dye free. what should i do?
