i need an advice about my mother's skin health
She is experiecing high skin itching and irritaton all over the body. She is 48 years of age and cannot use any soap except dove on her body. This problem is prevailing since last 2 years. She also suffers from chronic eczema on both her feet. She uses Dipsalic ointment but to no avail. Please advice
