What Causes Itching And Loseness Of Breasts?

Hello Doctor, I a 22 year old girl any my wait is 70 kg. height is 5 inc..I don't know which problem i have in spite of regular diet and regular walking i m not able to loose my weight what should i do i m really very worried as all my friends use to tease me. there is also itchiness and looseness on my breasts.
Please suggest.
