What Causes Itching And Pigmentation On Elbows And Lower Lips?

my elbows and mouth on the lower lip and under it, is tuning really dark and itching really bad with lots of redness and fever. not sure what is causing it and the discomfort is terrible. all I can say, is it feels like a really bad yeast infection. any ideas, please help!
