What Causes Itching And Rashes On Labia Minora?

hello...i just saw some rushes on my labia minora and i was wondering what could have caused it?the place is really itching and it is somehow swollen...i also have some rashes around my clitoris as well and it is somehow red...what is wrong with me? i need your help
