What Causes Itching And Scaling Of Skin?

hello doctor,i am mr.rath from barpali,i have a child of 3 years .since from 3 month he is itching continiously and his skin is scaling repeatedly but no such water like thing is drawing out from his body.i had consult some doctor and taken medicine like Allegra,purgo, venesua,nmf lotion and some blood purifier also. can you suggest what kind of skin problem is this and can suggest me where can i get proper treatment ?
