What Causes Itching And Swelling Of Toes?

Hi, my toes of my right foot had been itchy off and on and has swollen up due to my itching so much what caused this first of all? (and also on my left neck and on top of my wrist area) it left my skin raw where i scratch so hard. I've used anti cream to relieve it. Will any allergy or antibiotic meds help my condition? Who shall I see a dermatologist or allergist dr? thanks.
