What Causes Itching And Tiny Bumps On Labia Minora?

hi, i had unprotected sex for the first time over a month ago. a few days after that i had noticed my inner labia manora was very itchy and i saw tiny flesh colored growths along each side of the inner labia manora area. it's been over a month and it's still itchy just on the tiny bumps. yeast treatment has not worked. any ideas and does it sound like genital warts? my partner doesn't have visible warts.
