What Causes Itching And White Colored Patches On Penis After Sex?

I am 36 years old & married. I had sex with my pregnant wife a couple of days back. She is 6 months pregnant. After that I am having some itching on the penis & some white coloured patches have developed under the foreskin of the penis. It is now 3 days & not recovered. Please help.
