What Causes Itching And White Discharge From The Vagina?

i have some kind of itchyness in my vigina but the discharge is also like whitish i dont know what is it but i have no trouble in urination and anything i just checked it out it seems as i have some kinda bump on the tip of the vigina but not sure about that too or sometimes it feels as its a pimple but the itchy feeling not remain always when i start thinking about it it starts. i am worried what is this? and i have discharge like a white but not transparent is it ok to have a discharge like this?
