What Causes Itching And White Marks On Clitoral Area?

i m a 28 year old and have always had a white discolouration on the inside of my clitoris but for the last 5 years i started itching the area and now have come to notice that the whole region is deformed and the small white mark on the inside has now spread to the outside as well i will be getting married this year how will this affect me and how do i fix this
