What Causes Itching And Whiteness Within The Ear?

My left ear been itching these past days...went to ent hospital who diagnose sand particles in my ear. They got it flush and chrck back. Yet this evening my ear startef scratching again and when my spouse checkef it using a torch he sees something white deep inside...what should i do?
