What Causes Itching At The Left Side Of The Buttocks?

Hi,

I have something i find uncomfortable. I just started itching my left side bum.At first no rush but when you scratch you realy enjoy it. Now it has a pimplish swelling that still itches but is a bit painfull.This itching comes after a long sitting especialy after work or in the morning when i wake. The swelling has added and they are now two.

What is this and could it be that it will spread.

Secondly,i once suffered what the doctor called a FUNGAL ATTACK. The sports on my body have never gone away what cani do?
