What Causes Itching At The Left Side Of The Scrotum Apart From Blood Spots?

Hello doc From past week my left side of scrotum feels ichy so I decided to check today and I see that my left side of scrotum in a condition like someone peeled off the first layer of skin ,there were blood spots and I feel like something is roaming in my scrotum can you help me in this.
