What Causes Itching Black Spot On Upper Jawline And Under Lip Corner?

I am 43 years old hving sensitive, oily skin. not suit any creme on on my face and going to sunlight it became blackish.



I want to ask you in winter season only upper jaw line and under both lipside corner ( not on lips or underlipsline) small black spot coming and its itchy and it looks darker whenever i wash my face.
