What Causes Itching Blood Blister On Leg?

Hi, I have an area on my left front part of the bottom leg, it looks like a blood blister and gets really itchy at times. If I press on it, white and bloody pus comes out or it bleeds alot. there is a small hole there as well. I have had this for a few months.
