What Causes Itching Bumps All Over The Body?

I suddenly have these bumps all over me like I'm being bit by something,they are itching and causing a burning sensation along with it. I tried to spot a bug because I thought maybe that would explain it but I have not seen a bug.I keep my home very clean and rarely leave home so I don't know what it could be.
