What Causes Itching Bumps On Scalp?

i have been experiencing some wierd stuff with my scalp like id get these eczema lookin bumps on my scalp and sum times they itch and it seems to get worts when im in the sun because i notice the start spreading and im not sure what it is and just recently it began to leak fluid and im pretty sure its not eczema or hair fungus
