its regarding my mum she dark skin and the problem she been to the dr and thy gave her cream to use but its not working, she saying its itchy and getting darker around the eyes and face we tryed everything and nothing is working and itchy at night and very hot she Afro Carib can u suggest anything she can use to get her face back to normal.
