What Causes Itching Followed By Appearance Of Bumps On Hand And Feet?

Hi, Ive been having this severe problem with itching. It started on the palm of my right hand. And Ive noticed when I scratch these little bumps will appear. They look like theyre filled with a clear fluid. Ive tried moisturizing and Ive tried calamine lotion...but neither has worked. Im going crazy. There will be random times when it doesnt itch but then once I start itching thats it. And now Ive got the same thing going on on the heel of my left foot.
