What Causes Itching In Arms And Neck After Sauna Bath?

I used a sauna and after that my Palm of my hands arms and neck itch. Is it the toxins I sweat out causing this. And I have alot of stress on top of that. And recently diagnosed with vaginal ecoli. What can I do. Why is my body not itchy no rash . No fever.
