What Causes Itching In Clitoris And Inflammation In Cervix?

Vaginal problem: I've being going back to the doctor every month since more than a year with itching clitoris (sometimes it also hurts when i or my clothes rubs it); sometimes inflamed cervix; general itching in the general area. Different doctors keeo medicating me and tell me is a fungus but it doesn't go away for more than a couple of weeks. What test should I ask?
