What Causes Itching In Inner Thigh With Blood Coming Out?

sir, i am a 24 yr boy and i got itching in my inner thigh and around the testicles., also a white surface looks like yeast infection over that area ., on continuous itching, there was lesions and the the white surface started peeling out as its dry and blood coming , whats the disese , pl advise
