What Causes Itching In Nipples After Surgery For Breast Cancer?

Hi 3 years ago, I had my nipple re3 attached because of Invasive Breast Cancer. 3 days ago, I noticed that my nipple on the same breast itch outside and within. I underneath my nipple, I noticed that it seems as if my nipple is separating from the nipple. The line under my nipple is red in color. Could this be a sign of cancer
