What Causes Itching In The Breast?

Hi, a few days ago, I woke up and the skin on my left breast was red and itchy. Now, it's no longer itchy or red, but the skin is flaking off. It looks like what happens after you get a sunburn, when your skin is peeling. Also, the skin on my right breast is normal, except right above my nipple there is a dry patch of skin. I'm a 20 year old woman and I've never had any sort of problem like this before. Can you tell me what's wrong with me?
