What Causes Itching In The Chin , Neck And Chest?

Hi, just of recent I started having this terrible itch on my chin, down to my neck and upper chest. There is no redness on the skin however, just very very itchy. I did not recently change any type of skin care or jewelry, so I can think of what it could be. I tried moisturizing it, but still itches. Can you please help me?
