What Causes Itching In The Skin During Winter?

my question is, my skin become itchy when its cold or hot, when i scratch it turns red and leave marks, or sometime i seen some tiny bubble spot , it goes away if i take a shower, if i don't it feels burning ,is these alarming medical condition and need to address as soon as possible? do i need any serious medication for this?
