What Causes Itching In The Stitches After Surgery?

Greetings, I had my gallbladder removed by a laparoscopic and left me little scars. Mu surgery was done this year in January 26th and one of the scars started to itch. I am a single mom and I have to carry my 2 year old boy sometimes. Have a hurt the healing process? They incisions themselves are closed but looking pink. Please advise.
