What Causes Itching In Upper Arms?

itchy on upper arms and back little red dot here and there than intermintent ears both get hot and very itchy and I rub till black and blue and I use Claritin and itchy eyes too and Claritin semms to held and this has been happening on and off for two months and dry skin and maybe worse after aspirin taking or maybe clothes-perfume
