What Causes Itching Of Sutures On The Inner And Outer Lip?

Ive got some sutures on my inner/outer lip , but it keeps weeping blood, i know this is normal its not infected or anything, its jsut i dont know waht to cleen it with as the hsopital did not specify, as there desolvable sutures i dont know what is okay and not okay to cleen it with as i dont want to made them fall out prematurly. There itching like mad i need to cleen them its getting to me ahaha lol
