What Causes Itching On Abdomen Along With Crawling Sensation?

Itching on abdomen only. A little redness.. I wouldn t say I have bite marks but more like irritation of the skin. Most of the time it feels like bugs crawling. I try not to scratch but rub. I have been using benadryl ointment in case it s an allergic reaction to something. But bug crawling sensation is still noticable.
