What Causes Itching On Lower Stomach And Thighs?

Itchy skin lower stomach thighs rash bump - is there a cure for this. It is unbearable to go like this. I have taken fluconozile, terbinafine, ketacanazole etc but it doesn't help. How to get free from this. Colour of skin has also changed. pl help
