What Causes Itching On Mons Pubis?

Hello doctor, I am 24 years old female.married.my monpubis very itchy in my before and after period time.i consult a doctor three months before.doctor said its fungal infection and still i have taking anti fungal cream and power.but its not cure. what can i do next? I need to take any test?
