What Causes Itching On Nipples Followed By Swelling And Burning Sensation?

Hi, I am 28 years old. I am unmarried. I have problem with my breasts. I have itching on my nipples since few months now. They sometimes swell and sometimes become fully flat. There is burning sensation in my breasts for few minutes and it subsides after that. I have consulted Gyno and Surgeon and they could not do much on it, but just told its due to boils on my skin. The problem is still persisting. Please advice me.
