What Causes Itching On Penis Head?

hi, recently my penis has become really itchy on my penis head. no sores/bumps/swelling but it is real itchy. i havnt used any different shower gels or anything recently or had sex with anyone other than my long term partner. is it anythin i shud be worried about?
