What Causes Itching On The Breasts With Hot Flashes?

Hi, my breasts have been ichy the last few days - more so in the evening and when I awake in the morning than during the course of the day. These episodes come and go without warning. The last episode occurred before Christmas. When this happens it feels like my breasts are on fire - like a burning sensation. I don't have any red spots on my breasts but a few pimples due to the scratching !! I would also like to mention that I have hotflashes at this moment as well.
