What Causes Itching, Peeling, And Dark Patches On Toes, Fingers, And Palms When Biosalic Caused Pain With Little Improvement After 6 Days?

Hi doctor, i have skin itching, peeling dark patches on the toes, fingers and palm. When contacted general physician he prescribed biosalic, but that peels the skin with pain; not good result. Applied for 6 days, can u pls suggest whether this is ok or any quick remedy ointment.
